Terms & Conditions of jeetbass

By accessing, browsing, or using any part of the jeetbass website — including its game lobby, sportsbook, account portal, payment interface, or any other feature — you confirm that you have read these Terms & Conditions in full, that you understand their content, and that you unconditionally agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must immediately cease using jeetbass.

These Terms & Conditions apply to all registered account holders, guest visitors, and any other individuals who access jeetbass regardless of the device, network, or location from which they connect. The terms apply equally to desktop browsers, mobile browsers, and any application interface that connects to jeetbass services.

jeetbass may from time to time publish supplementary terms specific to individual promotions, bonus campaigns, tournaments, or special events. Such supplementary terms are to be read in conjunction with these Terms & Conditions. In the event of any conflict between supplementary promotion terms and these Terms & Conditions, these Terms & Conditions shall take precedence unless the supplementary terms explicitly state otherwise.

To be eligible to open and maintain an account at jeetbass, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are at least 18 years of age.
• You are accessing jeetbass from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not explicitly prohibited under applicable law.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, nominee, or representative of any third party.
• You have not previously had an account suspended or permanently closed by jeetbass for breach of these Terms & Conditions.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of jeetbass or any of its affiliated entities, nor are you an immediate family member or household member of such a person.
• You are not subject to any self-exclusion or voluntary exclusion arrangement currently in effect through jeetbass.

jeetbass reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any point during a player's registration, account activity, or withdrawal process. Acceptable documents include a Bangladeshi National Identity Card (NID), a valid Bangladeshi passport, or a government-issued birth certificate accompanied by a secondary photo identification document. Failure to provide satisfactory identity documentation within the requested timeframe may result in account suspension until verification is completed.

Players who are found to have misrepresented their age or identity during the registration process will have their accounts permanently closed and any balance, bonus credits, or pending winnings associated with those accounts will be forfeited in their entirety. jeetbass will also report confirmed cases of underage gambling to the relevant authorities where legally required to do so.

To access the full range of jeetbass services — including placing wagers, claiming bonuses, making deposits, and requesting withdrawals — you must register a personal account. Registration is free and requires the submission of accurate, complete, and current personal information. You are strictly prohibited from registering using false, misleading, or third-party information.

Registration Requirements

During account registration, you will be required to provide the following minimum information:

You warrant that all information provided at registration and throughout your use of jeetbass is truthful and up to date. You must notify jeetbass promptly if any of your registered details change. One Account Policy

Each individual player is permitted to hold only one active account on jeetbass. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same payment method, the same device, or the same IP address — constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions. Where duplicate accounts are identified, jeetbass reserves the right to close all associated accounts and retain any bonus-derived winnings across those accounts. Any real-money balance in a duplicate account will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your username and password confidential. You must not disclose your login credentials to any other person or allow any third party to access your account. jeetbass strongly recommends that you select a password that is unique to your jeetbass account and not reused from any other service. If you suspect that your account credentials have been compromised, you must notify jeetbass support at support@jeetbass immediately and change your password without delay. jeetbass will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised account access where you have failed to safeguard your credentials.

Deposits

Deposits to your jeetbass account must be made using a payment method that is registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the payment source belongs to a person other than the registered account holder — are strictly prohibited. Where a third-party deposit is identified, jeetbass reserves the right to reverse the deposit, suspend the account pending investigation, and withhold any winnings accumulated from funds originating from the third-party source.

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of transaction within your account portal. Deposits made via bKash and Nagad are typically credited to your jeetbass account balance within seconds of transaction confirmation. Deposits via bank transfer may take up to one Bangladeshi banking business day to reflect in your account. jeetbass does not charge a processing fee on standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may only be submitted to a payment method registered in the same name as your jeetbass account and, where applicable, the same payment method used for your most recent deposit. This same-method policy is a standard anti-money laundering control applied consistently across all accounts.

Before your first withdrawal is processed, your account must have completed the standard identity verification process. You will be required to submit a copy of your Bangladeshi NID or passport and, where applicable, proof of your registered payment method. Withdrawal processing times following verification approval are typically as follows:

• bKash and Nagad: Within 30 minutes to 2 hours of approval during operating hours.
• Rocket and Upay: Within 2 to 6 hours of approval during operating hours.
• Bank Transfer (Dutch-Bangla, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank): Within 1 to 3 Bangladeshi banking business days.

jeetbass reserves the right to carry out enhanced due diligence checks on withdrawal requests above ৳50,000 or where account activity presents indicators of unusual or potentially fraudulent behaviour. During such review periods, the withdrawal request will be placed on hold pending completion of the review. Players under active investigation will be notified by email that their withdrawal is under review.

Unclaimed Balances

Account balances that remain completely inactive — with no login, deposit, withdrawal, or wagering activity — for a continuous period of 12 months will be classified as dormant. jeetbass will notify the account holder at their registered email address 30 days before the dormancy classification takes effect. A monthly dormancy administration fee of ৳100 or the remaining balance (whichever is lower) may be applied to dormant accounts to cover maintenance costs. Players who wish to reactivate a dormant account should contact support@jeetbass.

jeetbass offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spin credits, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions to eligible registered players. All promotions are subject to the specific terms stated on the relevant promotion page as well as the general bonus conditions set out in this section. In the event of any conflict, the promotion-specific terms prevail over this general section.

Wagering Requirements

Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms, all bonus funds credited to a jeetbass account are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be converted to withdrawable real-money funds. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated on each promotion's terms page. Only wagers placed on eligible game categories contribute toward wagering requirement completion. Bets placed using real-money balance do not count toward bonus wagering requirements unless the promotion terms expressly state otherwise.

Bonus Eligibility

Each promotion specifies its own eligibility criteria. General eligibility conditions that apply across all jeetbass promotions include:

• The player's account must be fully verified before bonus funds are credited or bonus winnings are withdrawn.
• A player may not hold more than one active welcome bonus simultaneously.
• Players who have previously self-excluded or requested responsible gaming limits are not eligible for bonus offers during any active restriction period.
• jeetbass reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer from a player at any time if there is evidence of bonus abuse, exploitation of game mechanics, or collusion.

Bonus Abuse

Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion more than once; using a bonus in conjunction with low-risk or hedged betting strategies designed to extract value without genuine gaming risk; coordinating with other players to systematically fulfil wagering requirements; and using payment methods or device identifiers associated with previously closed accounts to claim a new player promotion. Where bonus abuse is identified, jeetbass reserves the right to void the bonus, void any winnings derived from the bonus, and permanently close the associated account.

All games available on jeetbass — including live casino titles, slots, RNG table games, and sports betting markets — are operated in accordance with the rules published by the respective game studio or sportsbook provider. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of any game before placing a wager. Placing a wager constitutes acceptance of the applicable game rules.

Random Number Generation

RNG-based games on jeetbass — including slots, virtual table games, and instant win titles — use certified random number generators that have been independently audited and certified by recognised testing laboratories. The outcome of each game round is determined independently of all previous and future rounds. Neither jeetbass nor the game studio has the ability to influence individual game outcomes after a round has commenced.

Sportsbook & Betting Rules

Sports betting markets on jeetbass are governed by the sportsbook rules published in the relevant betting section of the platform. Key principles include: odds displayed at the time of bet placement are the odds applied to that bet; in-play bets are accepted subject to live price availability and may be suspended without notice during critical match moments; jeetbass reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market where an obvious pricing error is identified; and winnings from accumulator bets where one or more selections are voided will be recalculated based on the remaining valid selections.

Malfunctions

In the event of a game malfunction, software error, or connectivity interruption during an active game round, jeetbass will endeavour to determine the outcome of the affected round based on available game server data. Where a reliable outcome cannot be established, the affected game round will be voided and any wager placed on that round will be refunded to the player's account balance. No compensation for consequential losses — including potential winnings that would have been achieved but for the malfunction — will be payable.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on jeetbass. Engaging in any of the prohibited activities below constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent account closure, forfeiture of balances and winnings, and referral of the matter to relevant law enforcement or financial intelligence authorities in Bangladesh where appropriate.

• Money Laundering: Using jeetbass to deposit, wager, and withdraw funds for the purpose of obscuring the criminal origin of those funds is strictly prohibited and constitutes a criminal offence under applicable Bangladeshi law.
• Fraud: Any attempt to defraud jeetbass, its payment partners, or other players — including through chargebacks, false identity claims, or exploitation of software errors — is prohibited.
• Collusion: Coordinating with one or more other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, tournament, or betting market is prohibited.
• Use of Automated Tools: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated system to interact with jeetbass games, betting markets, or account functions is prohibited.
• Unauthorised Access: Attempting to access jeetbass systems, databases, or other accounts through hacking, credential stuffing, or any other unauthorised means is prohibited.
• Offensive Conduct: Directing abusive, threatening, racist, or otherwise offensive communication toward jeetbass staff or other players through any channel is prohibited.
• Third-Party Account Use: Allowing another person to operate your jeetbass account on your behalf, or operating another person's account on their behalf, is prohibited.

jeetbass employs transaction monitoring, device fingerprinting, and behavioural analytics systems to detect prohibited conduct. Players whose accounts are flagged by these systems may be subject to enhanced review, temporary withdrawal holds, or account suspension while the review is conducted. jeetbass will communicate the outcome of any account review to the player via their registered email address within 10 business days.

jeetbass reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to circumstances where:

• The account holder has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• The account holder has provided false or misleading information at any stage.
• The account holder's activity triggers anti-money laundering or fraud detection protocols.
• The account holder is found to be ineligible to hold an account (e.g., under 18 years of age, subject to self-exclusion).
• Continued operation of the account presents a legal, regulatory, or reputational risk to jeetbass.

Voluntary Closure

Players who wish to close their jeetbass account voluntarily may do so at any time by contacting support@jeetbass with a written account closure request. Upon receipt of a voluntary closure request, jeetbass will process any eligible pending withdrawal of the real-money balance in accordance with the withdrawal processing times set out in Section 4, close the account, and confirm closure to the player's registered email address. Bonus credits and bonus-derived winnings that have not met wagering requirements at the time of voluntary closure will be forfeited.

Responsible Gaming Closure

Players who wish to close their account or implement a self-exclusion period for responsible gaming reasons are encouraged to visit the jeetbass Responsible Gaming page at jeetbass/responsible-gaming or contact support@jeetbass directly. Self-exclusion periods may range from 30 days to permanent closure. Once a self-exclusion is active, jeetbass will make reasonable efforts to prevent the excluded player from opening a new account for the duration of the exclusion period.

Effect of Closure

Following account closure — whether voluntary or imposed by jeetbass — the former account holder's obligation to comply with these Terms & Conditions in respect of activities conducted prior to closure remains in full force and effect. Provisions relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability, dispute resolution, and prohibited conduct survive account closure indefinitely.

jeetbass provides its platform on an "as available" basis and makes no warranty — express or implied — that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Planned maintenance windows, emergency downtime, and connectivity issues beyond jeetbass's reasonable control may affect platform availability at any time. jeetbass will endeavour to notify players of planned maintenance in advance via the platform notice board or registered email.

These Terms & Conditions, together with any supplementary promotion terms published on jeetbass, constitute the entire agreement between jeetbass and each registered player with respect to the subject matter hereof, and supersede all prior communications, representations, or agreements whether written or oral. If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed from the remaining terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.

These Terms & Conditions are written in English. In the event of any inconsistency between an English-language version and any translated version of this document, the English-language version shall prevail in all cases.
