Section 1
Our Commitment to Responsible Gaming
jeetbass exists to provide Bangladesh players with a safe, entertaining, and fair online gaming environment. We recognise that while the vast majority of our players enjoy betting and casino games as a leisure activity within their means, a minority of individuals can develop problematic gambling behaviours that negatively affect their finances, relationships, and mental health.
Our responsible gaming programme is not a box-ticking exercise — it is a core part of how jeetbass operates. We have built player protection tools directly into the platform, trained our support team to identify and respond to signs of problem gambling, and committed to never targeting vulnerable players with aggressive promotional messaging.
We believe that sustainable player relationships are built on trust. A player who gambles responsibly within their means, enjoys the experience, and continues to play over time is far more valuable to jeetbass than a player who deposits beyond their capacity and suffers harm as a result. Our responsible gaming commitments reflect this belief in concrete, practical terms.
If you have any questions about our responsible gaming framework — or if you simply want to talk to someone about your play — our support team is reachable at support@jeetbass at any hour of the day, seven days a week, Bangladesh Standard Time (UTC+6).
Section 2
18+ Age Restriction Policy
18+
jeetbass is strictly for adults aged 18 and above
It is a violation of our Terms & Conditions for any person under the age of 18 to register an account, make a deposit, or participate in any form of real-money gaming on jeetbass. We enforce this rule through mandatory identity verification and reserve the right to close any account where the account holder is found to be under 18, with all deposited funds returned to the payment source.
How We Enforce the Age Restriction
jeetbass requires all players to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process before processing their first withdrawal. This process involves submitting a copy of a government-issued identity document — such as a Bangladeshi National Identity Card (NID), passport, or birth certificate — and confirming that the player's date of birth meets the 18-year minimum requirement.
Our compliance team reviews every verification submission manually. Accounts that fail to verify age, or that submit documents belonging to a different individual, will be permanently closed and reported in accordance with our anti-fraud procedures.
Protecting Minors in Your Household
If you share a device, computer, or mobile phone with family members who are under 18, we strongly recommend taking the following precautions:
- Log out of your jeetbass account fully after every session — do not rely on saved passwords or auto-fill.
- Enable parental control software on shared devices to restrict access to gambling and gaming websites.
- Do not store your jeetbass username, password, or payment method credentials where a minor could access them.
- Have an honest conversation with young people in your household about why online gambling is an adult-only activity.
If you suspect a minor has accessed your jeetbass account, contact support@jeetbass immediately. We will review the account activity and take appropriate action, including reversal of any transactions made during the suspected underage access period.
Section 3
Warning Signs of Problem Gambling
Honest Self-Assessment
Problem gambling rarely announces itself loudly. It tends to develop gradually, and many people do not recognise the pattern until it has already caused significant harm. The questions and warning signs below are designed to help you reflect honestly on your relationship with gambling.
Ask yourself the following questions honestly. If you answer "yes" to two or more, we encourage you to reach out to our support team or consider using one of the player protection tools described in the next section.
- Do you find yourself gambling with money you cannot afford to lose — for example, funds set aside for rent, groceries, school fees, or family expenses?
- Do you feel restless, irritable, or anxious when you try to reduce or stop gambling?
- Have you tried to cut back or stop gambling before, but found yourself returning shortly after?
- Do you spend increasing amounts of time thinking about gambling — replaying past sessions, planning future bets, or calculating potential winnings while doing other things?
- Do you gamble as a way to escape stress, anxiety, depression, loneliness, or difficult life circumstances?
- After losing, do you feel a strong urge to gamble again immediately in order to win back what you lost ("chasing losses")?
- Have you lied to family members, friends, or colleagues about how much time or money you spend on gambling?
- Have you borrowed money, sold possessions, or gone into debt in order to fund your gambling?
- Has gambling caused conflict, distance, or breakdown in your personal relationships?
- Do you feel a sense of guilt, shame, or regret after a gambling session, but find yourself returning anyway?
Experiencing one or more of these feelings does not mean you are permanently defined by a gambling problem — it means you may benefit from taking a step back, using one of jeetbass's built-in protection tools, or speaking with a support professional. Asking for help is a sign of self-awareness, not weakness.
Section 5
Self-Exclusion Options
Self-exclusion is the most decisive responsible gaming tool available on jeetbass. It is the right choice if you feel that your gambling has become, or is at risk of becoming, genuinely harmful — and you want a firm, external barrier to prevent continued play. Unlike a voluntary time-out (which you can choose not to renew), self-exclusion is enforced by jeetbass and cannot be reversed during the chosen exclusion period.
Fixed-Term Self-Exclusion
Choose a defined exclusion period: 6 months, 1 year, or 3 years. During this time, your account is suspended, you cannot log in or create a new account, and jeetbass will not send you any marketing or promotional communications. At the end of the exclusion period, you will be required to actively request reactivation — your account will not reopen automatically.
Permanent Self-Exclusion
Permanently close your jeetbass account with no possibility of reinstatement. This is the appropriate choice if you believe continued access to online gaming platforms poses a serious ongoing risk to your wellbeing. Any remaining account balance at the time of permanent exclusion will be returned to your registered payment method (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or bank account) within 5 business days.
How to Request Self-Exclusion
1
Send a Self-Exclusion Request
Email support@jeetbass from your registered email address with the subject line "Self-Exclusion Request". State clearly which type of exclusion you want (6 months, 1 year, 3 years, or permanent) and confirm your full name and jeetbass username in the body of the email.
2
Identity Confirmation
Our responsible gaming team will send a brief confirmation email to verify your identity before processing the exclusion. This step exists to protect your account — we need to ensure only you can trigger a self-exclusion on your own account.
3
Immediate Account Suspension
Once your identity is confirmed, self-exclusion is applied to your account within 1 hour. You will receive a written confirmation email with the exclusion start date, end date (for fixed-term exclusions), and details of how any remaining balance will be returned to you.
4
Communication Cessation
All marketing emails, SMS messages, and promotional notifications will be stopped immediately upon self-exclusion activation. If you receive any promotional message after your exclusion has been confirmed, contact support@jeetbass and the issue will be resolved promptly.
Section 6
Deposit & Spending Limits
One of the most effective ways to keep gambling firmly in the entertainment category is to set a financial limit before you start playing — not while you are in the middle of a session, when emotions and excitement can cloud judgement. jeetbass makes it straightforward to cap how much you deposit and lose over any given time period.
Daily, Weekly, and Monthly Deposit Caps
You can set a maximum deposit limit at three different time horizons — daily, weekly, and monthly. For example, you might set a daily deposit cap of ৳1,000 and a monthly cap of ৳10,000, ensuring that even if you deposit every single day, your total monthly gambling spend cannot exceed a figure you have pre-committed to.
Deposit limits apply across all payment methods — bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and Bangladeshi bank transfers. The limit is account-level, not payment-method-level, so you cannot circumvent a deposit cap by switching to a different payment channel.
The Cooling-Off Rule for Limit Increases
jeetbass applies a mandatory 7-day cooling-off period before any increase to a deposit limit takes effect. This means that if you set a weekly deposit cap of ৳5,000 and then request an increase to ৳8,000 on impulse during a losing session, the increase will not take effect for seven days. This design deliberately creates a friction buffer between an impulsive decision and its financial consequences, giving you time to reconsider.
Conversely, limit reductions take effect immediately with no waiting period. If you decide you want to lower your spending cap, that decision is actioned instantly.
Loss Limits and Wager Limits
In addition to deposit limits, jeetbass offers loss limits (capping total net losses per period) and wager limits (capping the total amount staked per bet or per session). These tools work together to give you granular control over your exposure. Contact support@jeetbass to set up any combination of these limits — our team will help you configure a control framework that matches your budget and playing style.
Budgeting Tips for Responsible Play
- Decide on your gambling budget for the week or month before you deposit — treat it as an entertainment expense, like buying a cinema ticket, not as an investment.
- Only gamble with money you can genuinely afford to lose without it affecting your household finances, bills, or savings.
- Set your deposit limit lower than you think you need to — it is easy to top up, but the cooling-off period on increases protects you from impulsive moments.
- Review your account history statement monthly to understand your actual net gambling spend versus your budget — transparency removes the ability to self-deceive about losses.
- Never chase losses. The probability of each game outcome is statistically independent — a losing streak does not make a win more likely on the next bet.
Section 7
Getting Help & Support
You Are Not Alone
If gambling has become a source of stress, financial difficulty, or harm, reaching out is the right move. jeetbass's support team is trained in responsible gaming and will listen without judgement. We can activate protection tools, process a self-exclusion, or simply point you toward the right resources — whatever you need.
Contacting jeetbass Responsible Gaming Support
Our dedicated responsible gaming support channel is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, at support@jeetbass. When emailing about a responsible gaming concern, include the subject line "Responsible Gaming Support" to ensure your message is prioritised and routed to a trained team member. We aim to respond within 1 hour during standard Bangladesh operating hours and within 3 hours during overnight periods.
Talking to Someone Outside jeetbass
Sometimes it helps to speak with an independent counsellor or helpline that has no connection to a gambling operator. If you are based in Bangladesh and feel that gambling is causing harm to you or your family, we encourage you to reach out to a trusted medical professional, community counsellor, or mental health service in your area. Your family doctor (general practitioner) in Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet, Khulna, Rajshahi, or any other Bangladeshi city can refer you to appropriate psychological or financial counselling services.
Supporting a Family Member or Friend
If you are concerned that someone you care about — a family member, close friend, or colleague — is experiencing gambling-related harm, here are some practical steps you can take:
- Approach the conversation calmly and without accusation. Express concern for the person's wellbeing rather than focusing on the gambling behaviour itself.
- Encourage the person to contact jeetbass support to explore self-exclusion or deposit limits, which they can activate independently.
- Offer to accompany them to a medical or counselling appointment if they are willing to seek professional support.
- Set clear personal boundaries about lending money or covering gambling debts — doing so, however well-intentioned, can inadvertently enable continued problem gambling.
- Take care of your own mental health too. Supporting someone through a gambling problem is emotionally demanding, and you deserve support as well.
Gambling and Mental Health
Problem gambling is closely linked to anxiety, depression, and stress. In Bangladesh, as in many countries, there remains stigma around both gambling and mental health discussions — but that stigma should never stand in the way of getting help. jeetbass encourages any player who feels that their emotional wellbeing is being affected by their gambling to speak openly with a trusted healthcare professional. Mental health support is available in major Bangladeshi cities including Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet, and Rajshahi through local hospitals, community clinics, and private practitioners.
Remember: gambling at jeetbass is meant to be enjoyable. If it stops being enjoyable, the tools and support on this page are here for exactly that reason. There is no shame in using them.
